    On 23.02.2012, at 17:18, I called customer service on 1503 from 9440764989, for cancellation of unsolicited promotional calls and messages to my mobile.
    The gentleman who received my call, suggested me to call another number 1909 which is repeatedly giving several options to press, killing the time rather attending my complaint.
    so my My main complaints are as follows.
    1. Please control unsolicited incoming calls and promotional messages.
    2. Customer care should be EASILY reachable to mobile user. (avoid lengthy list of options in computer message.)
