    i have being trying all the customer care numbers given above but none of them is answerable . This is really disheartning to say we have never expected such ignorable reactions from the vaio which is a well known brand all over world !!
    I am facing problems regarding health and its service system which is not at all avoidable and not at all then when it actually had burnt my skin and the system is sometimes gets so hot that in future soon it is going to blast !!

    i hope atleast now vaio will take some action , as vaio have also been avoiding my past mails about the same problem !! i expect a positive reply atleast now .

    Ya!! So true.. even i tried calling the customer care and got no response.. i'm having the same problem as yours plus my left mouse pad is not working properly.. i dont know y vaio being such a good brand not giving proper service something serious action must be taken ...

    I lost my charger so as a result i bought a new charger in Bhubaneswar where i am doing my MBA in Xavier Insititute of Management.The charger turned out to be faulty and my mother board short curcuited.The product charger was replaced and i have the original bill of the faulty charger.But due to it ,the root cause being a faulty charger my whole vaio s motherboard shortcuited and i have to accrue huge costs near 16k.I brought the product to rourkela. The product was serviced in Hi tech solutions Rourkela. It was stated that Mother board needs to be repaired for my laptop.I gave the laptop on 4th April 2013 and i was assured that it will be returned back on 5th April at 7pm.In between they also said that keyboard and usb port short circuited so it needs to be repaired.I paid an extra 3500 for that.But to my horror the new replaced motherboard is defective when i checked as my audio system is not working.I have to go to bangalore for my internship and this is great trouble for me as my laptop was not duly corrected ,repaired and checked.The particular is A1798761A M971MB.I have paid 12343 and additional 3500 in Hi Tech Solutions.
    They are saying that my laptop will be repaired free of cost in Bangalore but i am apalled that inspite of Sony being an established brand could not repair my laptop in requisite days and now i have to again be troubled in bangalore service centre for god knows how long.Can you please assure that my laptop will be repaired on priority in bangalore and free of cost with proper testing.Hi Tech Solution ,Basanty Colony ,Rourkela has not lived upto the standards of a service terms by their behaviour and solutions in addressing our grievances.They straight away mentioned refunding the amount which is not acceptable when a customer is trying to get a solution .Please look into the matter at the earliest.And i want compensation of the faulty charger is doing which destroyed my motherboard.
